Neal Massand

Steve Moore

Mr. Jin is an experienced litigator. Before joining Ni, Wang & Massand, he worked for two boutique law firms in Houston and represented clients in dozens of civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts, and federal agencies.

Nicholas E. Najera

Mr. Najera focuses his practice on patent litigation and patent prosecution. Additionally, he advises clients on all intellectual property matters, including copyrights and trademarks. During law school, he externed at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division, and participated in the Baylor Law Intellectual Property Clinic with limited recognition to practice before the USPTO.
